Adam Silverstein
Adam M. Silverstein has over a decade of experience successfully representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters. Mr. Silverstein focuses on serving clients who have suffered permanent or serious injuries from bus, motorcycle, and car accidents. Mr. Silverstein has represented clients in an array of personal injury matters, including dog bites, bicycle accidents, boating accidents, intentional tort, and premises liability/slip and fall matters.
Previously an attorney at Carpenter & Zuckerman, Mr. Silverstein has ten years of litigation experience and is known for his outstanding advocacy skills. He has successfully tried multiple cases to verdict, including obtaining a $980,000 premises liability verdict. Mr. Silverstein has also taken part in hundreds of arbitrations, mediations and settlement conferences and is a skilled negotiator with a proven record of maximizing the recovery obtained on behalf of his clients. His efforts have produced a $1.25 million motorcycle accident settlement and a $975,000 bus accident settlement.
Mr. Silverstein began practicing in 1998 after receiving a J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana University, Bloomington. Mr. Silverstein is admitted to practice in the State of California.
