Michael Cavalluzzi

As a principal of the Law Offices of Cavalluzzi & Cavalluzzi, Michael Cavalluzzi is recognized as a premier personal injury attorney in Los Angeles, with an established reputation in the legal community for aggressively pursuing justice on behalf of clients suffering permanent or serious injuries.  Mr. Cavalluzzi represents clients residing in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and throughout Los Angeles, Ventura, and Orange Counties. 

Mr. Cavalluzzi started his legal career as a civil litigator for State Farm Insurance, the largest insurance company in the United States.  During his tenure as an insurance defense litigator, he won several jury trials.  Following his courtroom success, Mr. Cavalluzzi decided to shift his focus from insurance defense to criminal defense.  Mr. Cavalluzzi became certified as a California criminal law specialist. He joined the Public Defender's Office and quickly established a reputation for successfully defending clients in cases ranging from misdemeanor battery to homicide.  The trial advocacy skills and experience Mr. Cavalluzzi gained from representing State Farm and working in Public Defender’s Office provided the foundation for Mr. Cavalluzzi’s success as a personal injury lawyer.

Mr. Cavalluzzi began his practice in 1992 after receiving a J.D. from Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.  He completed his undergraduate studies at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.  Mr. Cavalluzzi is admitted to practice in the State of California.  He currently maintains membership in Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the Italian American Lawyer’s Association.

A member of the gay community, Mr. Cavalluzzi is also an outspoken advocate for the rights of the entire LGBT (lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender) population.  He welcomes the opportunity to represent members of the LGBT community in personal injury matters.  Mr. Cavalluzzi also looks forward to providing excellent legal representation for any individual who has suffered a personal injury or the loss of a family member due to the negligence or intentional act of another person.
